Bought some Gems now my game crashes...?

Alright so i bought the 5dollar 55gems pack and now whenever i try to play it doesnt work it always comes up with the error  The Application MonsterWarlord (process com.gamevil.monster.global) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again it will let me click on start then once it's connecting it kicks me off with that error, sometimes i can even get onto the home profile page for about 1second then i get kicked off again, anyone know what i am supposed to do? it still took money out of my phone so it did go through but i can't play and enjoy it and i have tried the on and off uninstalling reinstalling etc..
