Retrieving Account?

Hey guys, so I play monster warlord on my ipad and my samsung galaxy s3. I accidentally uploaded the account from my ipad to my ssg3 and lost that account. Any way to get it back? Help please.

I already did and they sent:

So i sent that but nothing happened after. Not sure if the account was deleted because I didnt upload it before i transferred from ipad to phone

The transfer needs some time.

I actually sent that quite a while ago (maybe more than a month)
I resent another one yesterday
