To level or not to level

Hi, so I am currently lvl 90, kinda wondering whetever I should rush levels, since alot of content seems to be easier as you get higher level, or only lvl during WB. The big reason for my question is because I read another thread under "Progression" where it seemed as some people had quite some succes from lvling. If we say I were to level fast, where should I stop, if i should stop, and when am I to start lvling again after that? I feel as if im just gonna do the lvl during WB it will get boring fast because of nothing to do except farm legend to chaos from Valkyrie dungeon atm (can only get Rank B on phobos with 5x hit)

I would level till 151 and only level in WB. If will pay off in the long run.
