Problem with game

Hello,
I have big problem with this game. I dont know if others have it too.
So the problem is, I instaled this game on my LG P500, and when I try to open it, it always crashes. It shows  that gamevil process had stopped working. I sent report to staff, but no answer yet.
Any ideas how to get this game working?

Try clearing the data and cache for the app and if that doesn't fix it, try uninstalling it and re-installing it. That should fix most problems.

I reinstaled game, but before I opened game, I turned off mobile network. Game works fine. Thanks.

dont clear the cache or data for the game, if you do you will lose your account and have to start over

as mentioned, try uninstalling it then reboot your phone. then install it again to see if it works. you may have to use it on WIFI if your mobile connection isnt strong enough

I have cleared the cache, data and uninstalled the game several times to resolve issues with it and I still have the same account when I re-install and play. I wouldn't have suggested he do so if it lost you anything.

well then GV must have changed some things around with storing the data on your phone. when the game was released, you couldnt clear your data or cache because you would lose your account and have to start over. they might have moved the data to be stored on SD card or hiding somewhere in system memory. my apologies

MW requires internet connection at all times, which i find somewhat annoying sometimes. I understand it is necessary since there is so much involved with other players. Another perk of always being online is that EVERYTHING is saved and goes through their servers. The benefit of this is that your CS code (device specific) and i believe your google or itunes account are also linked. This makes it so you can clear data on your device and even uninstall the game and keep your account in tact
