New player needs help

Thank you for your reply. That first link was very helpful.
Just one more question, what can i spend my Jewels on?

For now it's best to save them up.
Use some for stamina recharge if you're sure you'll getting an higher reward on world boss, when you have high level monster you'll need lots of jewels for special combines.
Another good way of spendng jewels are the bonus stat point, for 50 jewels you buy 4 points.

Okey, thanks for helping me out mate.

I have been inactive for awhile but I believe "plus" level monsters are available in eggs only (u have to spend gems) 
not really worth the effort at this level because a bunch of ghosts or eggmogs is so much better and definitely more cost effective. Ss for the "combine bonus" the 100% special combine doesn't help much either...... as the normal combine is 50% or 60% anyway.(can't recall the exact number sorry) I recommened saving gems and pumping up your stat points or (AT LATER LEVELS! WITH 50 MIN. STAMINA!) buy stamina recharges to boost your world boss hits and get awesome monsters. (for example I saved all my gems until level 37 or so and received the top 10% prize)
