Any Ideas to level faster?

Hey guys i currently converted all sp to energy and long story short i have 675 energy. I am currently lvl 150 and have been leveling at 1 to 2 levels every 2 days. Just wondering if u guys have any tips

You can level a lot faster if you also use your stamina to hit PB's (punching bags) on bounty. If you have a PB of your own (on a second device), you can also use that to hit your main account for 1 XP per hit.

Is there a way to find a punching bag and put it on bounty? They don't seem to add back and when one of them goes off bounty, I'm stuck without one. Using a second device isn't really an option for me.
