Any suggestions?
Verizon is my carrier, and want/need something with 4g and gaming capabilities. This crap phone is kinda slow on MW and i lost god monster from the event cuz of it :/

All depends on how long you can wait and how much money you're willing to spend.
I assume money isn't an issue for you cause you're already spending a lot on MW :d
If you need it RIGHT now, get the S3
If you need it RIGHT now and feeling like a hipster, get the Galaxy Note 2
If you can wait a month, get the S4
If you can wait until the summer, get the Nexus 5
Nexus 5 is the one I'm getting, its second generation of Google+LG colab
Amazing specs, and you get the phone for a considerably cheaper amount without having to be signed on a contract.
Nexus 4 came out last Winter and it was $359 for 16 GB(Same/better specs as the current iPhone 5 but $340 cheaper) and you are open to choosing whatever contract that you want, this includes contracts without data service which makes it even cheaper for you to own one of the best phones in the world.

I've never had a Samsung but I may be looking into a Note or Galaxy. Whatever is out when I get to reupgrade. But I have Verizon, and my phone is a Droid Razr Maxx. Never have any problems with it, it stays charged longer than any of my prior phones, and the screen isn't tiny but it isn't huge either.

Re: Getting a new phone..not sure what to get, any recommendations?
I have had products from Apple, Motorola, LG, and Samsung. Currently I have a Droid Razr Maxx HD
All i have to say is out of all my phones my favorites would have to be Motorola. They seem to come with less issues and have faster solutions to issues that pop up. My favorite phone that I have ever had so far is definitely my Droid 1. My current phone (as stated above) is by far the best phone I have had though, it has a great lasting battery, one of the fastest processors and is at a good price for what it offers. ALSO unlike the bionic(the current fastest verizon phone) it has a slot for SD cards.
so short anwser: Droid Razr Maxx HD
Reasons: Battery, Graphix, SD card Slot, Speed, (But mostly battery)
