They mentioned on the Gamevil Forum as well as on Facebook that they were having "Technical Difficulties" but were still tallying up the results and that once it's up they will mention it and distribute the rewards when possible.

100,000 jewels / 10 jewels each = 10,000 participants.

Global1 has 40k, and than when you add the other 3 servers, 10k is a small percentage. Totally expected this :/
