Here is my skill information:

Attack: 148
Defense:52
Health:110
Energy:40
Stamina:48

I'm lvl 46

Should I use skill reset or buy skill points???

Amd if I reset can you guide me for the points?(Where I spend them)

Yes, definitely reset. Put all SP currently invested in attack, defense, and health into stamina. It's okay to keep your energy at 40, as you'll need some for questing. Once you reset your SP, continue buying SP with the jewels you obtain from WB, and invest them all into stamina.

I think at your level, 40 is good, if you're not into questing. So long as you can do 3-4 quest every time your energy fill up, yeah, it's good.
